BOOKING NOTICE - When you book it will show the time in the time zone that you are in at the time of booking. So if you book when you are in the USA the booking time slot will reflect USA time. Our initial meeting will focus on your expectations for our counselling sessions, your goals, your resources and how we are going to work together. We will complete some brief paperwork and I will support you to undertake a small assessment of your current needs. The Empower Counselling Hut 22 Bonfield Park Strathkinness KY16 9SY The Hut does not have access to a toilet and has steps leading to the premises. The Hut is not well lit at night so you may wish to bring a torch and background noise from outside the hut is present during the day. Please Note - Clare is immunosuppressed and has a reduced ability to fight infections and other diseases, including COVID-19. If you feel unwell please reschedule your session or move it to online. Thank you Non-attendance Should you cancel within less than the 24 hours’ notice agreed, you will forfeit 50% of the overall cost of your session plus a £2 fee (to cover bank charges), as Clare cannot allocate the session slot to another client. If you do not attend an appointment without notice or any communication you will be charged in full for the session and not receive a refund. Clare will wait 15 mins after you allocated session time for you to arrive to your online, phone or in person appointment – unless contacted before the session or within the sessions first 15mins. Unfortunately if you are significantly late the session will be deemed unfeasible

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your session online up to 48hrs. Alternatively to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact empowerholistic@gmail.com at least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel within less than the 48 hours’ notice agreed, you will forfeit the 50% fee and £2 processing charge as the session/time cannot be allocated to another client and your original payment on booking had a processing charge debited. Clare will wait 15 mins after you allocated session time for you to arrive to your online, phone or in person appointment – unless contacted before the session or within the sessions first 15mins. If you do not attend your booked appointment (without notice or any communication) or are significantly late making the session unfeasible you will be charged for the full session time.
