Our initial meeting will focus on your expectations for our counselling sessions, your goals, your resources and how we are going to work together. We will complete some brief paperwork and I will support you to undertake a small assessment of your current needs. The Empower Counselling Hut 22 Bonfield Park Strathkinness KY16 9SY The Hut does not have access to a toilet and has steps leading to the premises. Please Note - Clare is immunosuppressed and has a reduced ability to fight infections and other diseases, including COVID-19. If you feel unwell please reschedule your session or move it to online. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact empowerholistic@gmail.com at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel within less than the 24 hours’ notice agreed, fail to attend an appointment or are significantly late making the session unfeasible, you will forfeit the £25.88 50% booking deposit and £1.50 processing charge as the session/time cannot be allocated to another client and your original payment on booking had a processing charge debited. Clare will wait 15 mins after you allocated session time for you to arrive to your online, phone or in person appointment – unless contacted before the session or within the sessions first 15mins.
