These 25-minute online sessions are ideal for: Managing overwhelm or anxiety Regulating emotions on low-energy days Reconnecting with yourself or your goals Getting grounded before or after a tough situation Designed with care, neurodivergent-affirming, and accessible for all โ Mini Sessions are a calm space to feel heard, supported, and empowered. ๐ Strictly 25 minutes | Online | Low-cost ๐ค Open to new and returning clients ๐ Book your Mini Session today โ small steps still count. SESSION TIMES ARE DISPLAYED IN YOUR TIME ZONE @ the time of your booking - ANY CONCERNS PLEASE CONTACT CLARE Clients I work with Adults, Older adults, Organisations, Young people (14+), English Speaking European Non-attendance Should you cancel within less than the 48 hoursโ notice agreed, you will forfeit 50% of the overall cost of your session plus a ยฃ2 processing fee to cover bank charges incurred, as Clare cannot allocate the session slot to another client. If you do not attend an appointment without notice or any communication you will be charged in full for the session and not receive a refund. Unfortunately if you are late for this brief session it maybe deemed unfeasible and you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting empowerholistic@gmail.com at least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel within less than the 48 hoursโ notice agreed, you will forfeit the 50% of the session fee and ยฃ2 processing charge as the session/time cannot be allocated to another client and your original payment on booking has a processing charge debited. The Counsellor will wait 15 mins after you allocated session time for you to arrive to your online, phone or in person appointment โ unless contacted before the session or within the sessions first 15mins. If you do not attend your booked appointment (without notice or any communication) or are significantly late making the session unfeasible you will be charged for the full session time. BOOKING NOTICE - When you book it will show the time in the time zone that you are in at the time of booking. So if you book when you are in the Spain the booking time slot will reflect Spanish time. SPECIAL CONDITION - Applies to the St David's Centre Only - ยฃ10 fee is levied for all non attendance without notice of booking cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48hrs notice due to non-refundable room hire charge. Affiliate Counsellors are self employed contractors operating with their own insurance.
