BOOKING NOTICE - IN PERSON Strathkinness Note on Summer Sessions at the Strathkinness Venue As we move into the warmer summer months, please be aware that the counselling hut in Strathkinness can become quite warm—particularly during peak heat hours between 12pm and 4pm. If you are sensitive to heat or prefer a more comfortable temperature, I recommend booking your sessions earlier in the day or later in the evening where possible. Alternatively, online sessions remain available as do limited sessions in St Andrews in the cooler premises at the St David's Centre and may be more comfortable during any upcoming heatwaves. This session is for more than one person, if you wish to work on your relationship(s) on a solo basis please book an individual in person session in Strathkinness. The Empower Counselling Hut 22 Bonfield Park Strathkinness KY16 9SY The Hut does not have access to a toilet and has steps leading to the premises. The Hut is not well lit at night so you may wish to bring a torch and background noise from outside the hut is present during the day. Please Note - Clare is immunosuppressed and has a reduced ability to fight infections and other diseases, including COVID-19. If you feel unwell please reschedule your session or move it to online. Thank you **Cancellation & Non-Attendance** **Less than 48 hours' notice:** 50% of session fee + £2 processing charge. **Less than 24hrs’ notice. **75% of session fee + £2 processing charge. **No-show without notice:** Full session fee charged. **Discounted packages: Cancellation Policy Applies** Sessions must be used within 3 months; refunds are subject to a £2 processing charge per session at the pro-rata discounted rate. **Late arrivals:** A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If the client does not arrive or communicate within this time, the session will be deemed unfeasible and your fee in non-refundable.
