Installation of Positive Beliefs (1 session) Sessions must be taken within a 3 month window. The length of an EMDR treatment plan depends on factors such as the complexity of the trauma, the client's stability, and how well they respond to processing. Clare holds a Postgraduate Certificate in EMDR Therapy. **Cancellation & Non-Attendance** **Less than 48 hours' notice:** 50% of session fee + £2 processing charge. **Less than 24hrs’ notice. **75% of session fee + £2 processing charge. **No-show without notice:** Full session fee charged. **Discounted packages: Cancellation Policy Applies** Sessions must be used within 3 months; refunds are subject to a £2 processing charge per session at the pro-rata discounted rate. **Late arrivals:** A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Cancellation Policy
🌿 Therapeutic Relationship and Session Frequency To get the most from therapy, it’s important that we build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. For this reason, new clients are asked to attend weekly sessions for the first six weeks. This early consistency allows me to get to know you, understand your life story and needs in context, and begin developing a clear case formulation that guides our work together. It also helps us establish safety, trust, and continuity — the foundations of effective therapy. After the initial six sessions, we can review your progress and decide together whether to move to fortnightly sessions or occasional monthly check-ins for ongoing support. Sessions cancelled or no-shows at the St David's Centre will be subject to an additional charge of £10 to cover rental costs which can not be recovered. BOOKING NOTICE - When you book it will show the time in the time zone that you are in at the time of booking. So if you book when you are in Spain the booking time slot will reflect Spanish time. Affiliate Counsellors are self employed contractors operating with their own insurance.
