Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule your appointment by contacting clare@empowercounselling.online at least 49hrs before your scheduled appointment. **Cancellation & Non-Attendance** **Less than 48 hours' notice:** 50% of session fee + £2 processing charge. **Less than 24hrs’ notice. **75% of session fee + £2 processing charge. **No-show without notice:** Full session fee charged. **Discounted packages: Cancellation Policy Applies** Sessions must be used within 3 months; refunds are subject to a £2 processing charge per session at the pro-rata discounted rate. **Late arrivals:** A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If the client does not arrive or communicate within this time, the session will be deemed unfeasible and no refund will be given. Sessions cancelled or no-shows at the St David's Centre will be subject to an additional charge of £10 to cover rental costs which can not be recovered. BOOKING NOTICE - When you book it will show the time in the time zone that you are in at the time of booking. So if you book when you are in Spain the booking time slot will reflect Spanish time. Affiliate Counsellors are self employed contractors operating with their own insurance.
