BOOKING NOTICE Understand each other better Identify relationship issues Resolve conflicts Strengthen friendship and attachment Address dysfunctional behaviour Learn skills Improve relationship satisfaction Meet in a safe environment that has boundaries to productively discuss issues, conflicts, problems and anything that will make your relationship happier and healthier. Sessions can be held in Strathkinness in the Empower Counselling Hut (no toilet and steps to the premises) or in your own home or at an additional fee a community space will be booked. Please let me know what suits. In person sessions available in the following geographical areas - St Andrews, Leuchars, Guardbridge & Cupar please note travel & travel time costs are additional. Polyamorous allied. Please Note - Clare is immunosuppressed and has a reduced ability to fight infections and other diseases, including COVID-19. If you feel unwell please reschedule your session or move it online. Thank you Non-attendance Should you cancel within less than the 24 hours’ notice agreed, you will forfeit 50% of the overall cost of your session plus a £1.50 processing fee, as Clare cannot allocate the session slot to another client. If you do not attend an appointment without notice or any communication you will be charged in full for the session and not receive a refund. Clare will wait 15 mins after you allocated session time for you to arrive to your online, phone or in person appointment – unless contacted before the session or within the sessions first 15mins. Unfortunately if you are significantly late the session will be deemed unfeasible

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your session online up to 48hrs. Alternatively to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact empowerholistic@gmail.com at least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel within less than the 48 hours’ notice agreed, you will forfeit the 50% fee and £2 processing charge as the session/time cannot be allocated to another client and your original payment on booking had a processing charge debited. Clare will wait 15 mins after you allocated session time for you to arrive to your online, phone or in person appointment – unless contacted before the session or within the sessions first 15mins. If you do not attend your booked appointment (without notice or any communication) or are significantly late making the session unfeasible you will be charged for the full session time.
