If you feel unwell please reschedule your session or move it to online. **Cancellation & Non-Attendance** **More than 48 hours' notice:** £2 processing charge **Less than 48 hours' notice:** 50% of session fee + £2 processing charge. **Less than 24hrs’ notice. **75% of session fee + £2 processing charge. **No-show without notice:** Full session fee charged. **Discounted packages: Cancellation Policy Applies** Sessions must be used within 3 months; refunds are subject to a £2 processing charge per session at the pro-rata discounted rate. **Late arrivals:** A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If the client does not arrive or communicate within this time, the session will be deemed unfeasible and no refund will be given. Sessions cancelled or no-shows at the St David's Centre will be subject to an additional charge of £10 to cover rental costs which can not be recovered. For this reason, new clients are asked to attend weekly sessions for the first six weeks. This early consistency allows me to get to know you, understand your life story and needs in context, and begin developing a clear case formulation that guides our work together. It also helps us establish safety, trust, and continuity — the foundations of effective therapy. After the initial six sessions, we can review your progress and decide together whether to move to fortnightly sessions or occasional monthly check-ins for ongoing support.
