Join the fun Empower Counselling Challenge to gain access to this 7 day programme which introduces simple honest to goodness mindfulness. When you enrol you will receive access to a daily mix of videos, written explanations, guided exercises plus mindfulness checks at the end of each day. This course should suit everyone's learning style and it content is easy to follow, straight forward and progressive. There are no test and no pressure, you can take your time to complete your personal challenge - it's a marathon and not a sprint.
