In 2018 I was lucky enough to feature in this beautiful music video as a schoolteacher. I wondered at the time, was I good enough, was I too thick in my shape, too old, too boring and would I make a fool of myself. I managed to put my intrusive thoughts aside and found it was a great worthwhile experience. Because of my involvement in this video I have featured on various social media platforms - currently 2 MILLION YouTube views. Saying yes to opportunities is often difficult if we feel self-conscious or anxious, but it may be worth our temporary discomfort to say yes to new opportunities. #confidence #mentalhealth #selfestem #justdoit
